Travel Registration
I'm new to the Souderton club or soccer:
Welcome! Our goal is to make sure that your child is place on the appropriate team for your child's skill level so that your child may learn to enjoy this "beautiful game." Please email us if you have any questions regarding our program. If you are not sure that your child is ready for Travel, follow the instructions in the next section below to register. If your child has played Travel and is transferring to the Souderton program, read the information in the last section below.
My child played Intramural (SISL) last year, but we are ready for Travel:
If your child has not played Travel, you may be concerned that they will not be placed on a Travel team this year. Don't worry. We have you covered. We will hold a spot for you on an SISL team until Travel teams are determined.
Here is what you need to do register:
• Register on the SISL registration dates, but do not pay the registration fees. Instead, make sure that you are put on the Travel team sign-up sheets at registration. This will ensure that a place on a SISL team will be held for you if you are not placed on a Travel team.
• Attend the try-out sessions for the appropriate Travel team.
Here is what you need to do after tryouts:
• If you are not placed on a Travel team, you must contact SISL by May 10, 2010 to verify your placement on a SISL team and pay the registration fees. If you are not placed on a Travel team and you do not contact SISL by May 10, 2010, you will forfeit the placement held for you on the SISL team.
• If you are placed on a Travel team, you will be registered by your Travel team and your registration fee will be collected by your Travel team.
My child played Travel last year:
If you are a Travel player, you do not need to register. You do not need to attend the registration dates or pay registration fees prior to any try-outs for teams. If you are placed on a Travel team, you will be registered by your Travel team and your registration fees will be collected by your Travel team.
